C-Dory 22' Angler & Cruiser - Cabin Photos
A perfect pocket cruiser, the 22' C-Dory Cruiser offers the simple basics that will make your boating experience more comfortable.
The pilots station is located on the starboard side, and has plenty of room to mount electronics including radar and chart plotters. All seating in the cabin enjoy a full unobstructed field of view.
A full galley located behind the pilots seat features an alcohol stove, an ice box and a sink with 20 gallons of water. A diesel stove/heater is available as an upgrade to the alcohol stove. Another popular change, is to omit the ice box and install a shelf & door in its place.
A dinette for two that makes into a bunk is located along the port side. The dinette converts to a 6'4" berth by dropping the table down and placing the backrest cushions on it. Storage spaces can be found under the dinette seats and under the foot boards of the dinette.
A roomy (6'3") berth area in the bow can be closed off for privacy or the curtain can remain open as shown. A lift out section of the berth hides a chemical toilet. It can be used in place with privacy during the day, and at night it can be placed at the back of the cabin or put out on the rear deck
Removable cushions are used throughout, with Sunbrella boat canvas covers. This material is available at all boat canvas shops around the country. Matching the original upholstery is very easy for future repair or additions. (Many colors to chose from.)
Interior cabinetry is made from "Decraguard" a marine plywood with a phenolic plastic overlay. The cabinets are easily removed for modification or future repair.
Also, the cabinetry maybe composed of fiberglass with ¾” decragaurd marine grade plywood doors with Teak wood trim.
There are some simple modifications that can be made to the interior. One popular alteration is to configure the boat with forward facing seats on both sides and center facing bench seats located behind them. The 22' C-Dory Cruiser would seat six in this configuration.
