easily fit under the motor well.
Fifty HP will push the boat with a maximum legal load to over 30 MPH. Generally you will find 15 to 20 MPH. to be most comfortable. Most new outboards will give an easy seven miles per gallon. The 4 strokes can be even better.
We recommend a 4-8 Hp Auxiliary motor. The boat shown has a Honda 5 Hp, that has been connected to the main motors steering with a stainless steel rod fitted with with ball joint ends.
Motors will tilt up above the water when the boat is moored, reducing the chance of corrosion in salt water.
An optional, heavy duty swim step and a two stage retractable swim step ladder gives easy access for swimmers.
